Crazy Friday, and it ain't over yet...

Managed to squeeze in cooking chicken thigh chunks in a delicious onion,garlic,zucchini,soy sauce. For kid over green tagliatelle.

She said What a great sauce. She did not like the chicken chunks, because I failed to remove the tendons...anyways, she had some.

For me, the sauce minus meat, over black quinoa( kid calls it Spider legs).

The brownies were a level up after a night in the fridge, into the Make again category. Yum.

Had boiled eggs, brown toast, Istrian cheese(very tasty!) For predinner snack.

Today's meal was an anchovie layered salad.

This salad used green leaf lettuce, cucumber, onion, tomato, mushroom, anchovies rolled around capers and bleu cheese dressing.

My niece is married to an Aussie and lives there..He is a great lad and calls me some nights after he has been out to the pub..He's hammered and ready for bed and I I've just gotten up and am sitting in my housecoat having coffee...some how it is hard to relate..
