Rabbit liver, my new favorite liver.
Used fresh bread crumbs fried in ghee and butter. The rabbit I braised for pasta.How did you cook it? And did you cook the rest of the rabbit?
Dee-licious!Felt like cooking some Indonesian food. All three dishes are vegetarian. I made blado kentang ( spicy potatoes) , sajur lodeh ( vegetables in coconut sauce) and telor katjang ( eggs in peanut sauce) with rice.
