This is how bad I am (at home before leaving):

MrsT: I was looking at their menu online, I don’t know if I want fish-and-chips or ribs.
Me: I’ll order one, you get the other and we’ll split it.

IOW, I didn’t even read the menu except for the appetizers. I just took pics.

I've gotten good frozen scallops in COSTCO. You do have to dry them out before sautéing, but they are good.

No story, I just think they left it in a little long. I didn’t mind - it’s a crackercrust pizza, and it just made it extra crackery.
