What did you cook or eat today (May 2024)?

We had the rest of the squash-parsnip soup, and I had maybe a quarter-cup of the asparagus left, so I stretched that with some cherry tomatoes, and tossed it with two kinds of pasta:

Its day of winter here today. I hate the next 3 months.
Mince on toast will put a smile on my face.
Maybe that’s something to focus on to get you through the next few months - thinking of all the good winter-appropriate comfort food you get to eat.
