I sm so sorry,My apologies, I have perpetuated an old translation mistake of mine. It is chives. Now i doublechecked, inspired by your reply.Very nice! I am a huge user of thyme, sage and oregano. Dry shallot green stems? Now this sounds completely new to me, never heard of them or saw over here, but maybe just because I’ve never looked for it
Next time I’ll be at Supermarket I’ll take a look, same for dried dill.
Glutenfree supper.
Fried cubes of polenta. Leftover from lunch.
Olive oil, smoked sweet paprika,salt,pepper, later sprinkled with soy sauce.
Delicious.
Pickled beet along, some ham strips. Tea.

Lovely!We have power and well down here. Here's a pic of the takeaways menu. Their restaurant was bigger choices.
