What did you cook or eat today (November 2021)?

Well I've been busy prepping for Tuesday.
Sausage rolls. The filling is sausage meat (ground beef) chopped onions parsley and 5 tablespoon of tomato sauce/ketchup and a decent squirt of Worcestershire sauce.
They are up with my best.this is some of them.

My boyfriend cooked for me, we ate together. It so coincided that it was our 2nd year of dating anniversary.
It was superb in taste, risotto eith a veg mix and prawns. I watched and learned. I really enjoyed eating being cooked for.
A really wonderful date night.

Very nice! I am a huge user of thyme, sage and oregano. Dry shallot green stems? Now this sounds completely new to me, never heard of them or saw over here, but maybe just because I’ve never looked for it 😃
Next time I’ll be at Supermarket I’ll take a look, same for dried dill.

They are different.
Here we call it vlasac.
And it is chives.
Not shallot green stems.
