Apple-Pecan salad with a maple vinaigrette.
 
I laid down to take a 30-minute catnap about three hours ago :facepalm: , so I am just now cooking dinner -- sous vide.

Bone-in pork loin chop, sous vide and seared. Fried potato salad (diced potatoes are deep fried instead of boiled).

I used the new phone to take the photo. Still not sold on the idea. It is quicker and easier than using my camera, but the images are not as good. Basically, they are over-processed, and that processing is very hard to undo in Photoshop.

Your naan looks awesome, what recipe do you use?

I don't think I ever posted the 'recipe' as its so basic. 50% yogurt and 50% S.R flour by weight - with more flour added as its kneaded to form a pliable dough then rested for 10 minutes before rolling out and frying. Its not really naan bread as there is no yeast!
