10 McDonald’s chicken nuggets for $1 - Friday special. I can’t remember the last time I ate a McD’s chicken nugget.

I'm still drinking my coffee (it's only 3:12 PM here after all, LOL). I'll move on to a piece of toasted bread with some butter eventually.

Looking forward to my pork tenderloin fried rice I am making tonight. I will try to remember to take photos.

Last night was chicken kiev and turmeric potatoes with brown sugar.
Cracked pepper sauce
This was a very yummy meal
I've prepped for tonight tandoori lamb cutlets for the wife.
I will have seafood .

My way of getting rid of a bunch of items I had a little bit of each. Dandan noodles over rice with some scallions mushrooms and shrimp thrown in there to "Round it out". Complete with kitty training chopsticks.

Ravioli with a bean and chickpea salad. Yes he grated carrot into it.

That’s a roasted cauliflower bowl with za’atar, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled veggies, hummus, and two different kinds of tahini.
