Usual lunch of smashed avo on Sourdough with chutney and tofu, followed by strawberries.

I was going to comment to Puggles that, cooking for a family of 5, or 10 dinner guests is real fun. Cooking LOADS of food is sometimes a bit scary when you see the quantities involved!
I remember watching a Robert Irvine show a while back: "Dinner Impossible", where he signed up to cook for 2,000 guests on a cruise liner. Imagine how much frosting you'd need for that...
