No pictures once again. I'm slipping
I had a kilo of ground meat in the fridge, so I made half into a Keema Mattar (ground beef curry with peas) and the other half into meatballs.
Meatballs meant I had to make a sauce as well, so I used up all the tinned tomatoes to make a salsa pizzaiola, with garlic, fresh oregano, and fresh basil. Half of that was saved for quick pasta dishes during the next week.
And meatballs also meant I had to make some rice.
I still haven't made the scones I promised myself the other day, but tomorrow is another day.
