Thank you. Everyone agreed! I have only cooked a rack of lamb once. Never on the grill. I did a rosemary garlic marinade. Let it sit in that for 24 hrs. Then babied it on the grill.
My daughter in law and I cook birthday dinners for each other. She already requested this for next year!
