Tandoori lamb cutlets are the most requested entree here but I hardly do due to the cost. Although I've done them for my wife.
yours are perfectly cooked.

Thank you. This was only the second rack I have done. The first on the grill. I agree. They are cost prohibitive. They were a gift!.

Another, "saw this on social media" idea for a snack for DH

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (minis) slightly melted and sandwiched between 2 square waffle pretzels.
He says that's lunch  there were 7 of these cuties, but ...

Starting with the cabbage and moving clockwise - cabbage, whipped potatoes, a little bowl of quickie tartar sauce, and two pieces of battered fish (from frozen).
Never really having eaten those things, I don't recognise them, though I am getting there with the cabbage. I can eat some cabbage but savoy cabbage is definitely out (rather too literally) 😞 because I love it, just not it's side effects

Given it only made it to 26°C today, we had a hot salad.

So saffron roasted cauliflower, roasted sprouts, onions, red pepper, aubergine, courgette, cherry tomatoes, corn on the cob, and some tofu. There might be more veg in there but I can't remember, served with a date vinaigrette dressing.
