How were the yolks? I've wanted to do these but I'm afraid I won't be able to achieve runny yolks, or at least soft jelly yolks.
I didn't nail them this time TBH, so they were a bit jelly-like but not runny. I keep saying to myself I'm going to try to do them in the sous vide but I get lazy to get it out of the cupboard.
Well, didn't stop my younger son from eating 3!
