Put the egg in, slice it, then turn it sideways and slice it again, and that’s it.
 
I did not. I gladly will! The sauce was the highlight. I avoided over cooking the veggies. So the flavor and textures were on point!

I cooked lunch for my mom and me today. Flat iron steak, sous vide and seared -- medium rare. Steamed broccoli and cauliflower on the side.

The timing worked out well. A few hours after lunch, a transformer near her complex exploded, and half the complex lost power.

It was a date night supper out for us two, well, more like DH wanted to watch the Phillies v Padres baseball game ...

It was Happy Hour, so Bar Food to start ... Chips & Salsa (good Salsa by the way) and Everything Pretzel Knots (we brushed the seasoning sprinkle off - not fans), with two dipping sauces of Mustard and Cheese were good, even on everything else :giggle:

Chicken Caesar ... all of the above we shared and watched 4 innings of the game aka DH got bored ... "let's go, I'm done" :D
