I don’t know what potato fukcuzi is, but it looks delicious! It all does, actually.
liked the look of it too and I'd never heard of it either and a search yielded no results other than Fukujinzuke which is a Japanese pickle. Could it be Focaccia? Doesn't look like that at all though. Please enlighten us SatNavSaysStraightOn!

Well, it’s October, you’re at an abbey that’s about a thousand years old…that dude was a disgraced monk unable to pass on to the next realm, because he has unfinished business here…namely, back in 1641, he forgot the clotted cream for the scones when Sir Aldus of Burblebury stopped by for afternoon tea, and now he’s paying his penance!On saying that, the guy who served us looked so ghostly white I had to check with TVC that he could see him as well
