Round two of homemade Applesauce.
It's a touch watery and a bot too much ground Cinnamon, but it's fine.
This is 3 pounds worth of peeled & cored Apples and they just fit in my 6 quart Instant Pot.
From start to finish, three hours and I still have probably 2 more rounds worth of Apples.

Love homemade applesauce.
When I make applesauce in instant pot, I just quarter them, no peeling or coring. I don't add any water to the pot, just apples and sugar. By the time it comes to pressure, there's enough liquid. When done I put through food mill to get skins, pits and cores out. The pectin in the skins thicken it up a bit.

Ooooh, how is that beer cheese?
It was quite good, though it didn’t taste of beer, more of chives, like some of those potted cheese spreads you get.

Usually, to me, beer cheese means it’s warm and melty, but this was just room temperature. Good, though.
