An unplanned lunch out

Followed by Indian black-eyed bean pancakes and a tofu scramble for evening meal.
 
A warm late-summer day led us to dig out the dairy-free ice cream again and dollop some on rhubarb tart.

Carpaccio made with rib eye, with a mustard aioli, capers, parm shavings and lightly dressed arugula. The other dish is marinated red and orange bell peppers and onions.

egg
almond flour
butter
baking powder

and whatever seasonings you want to use.

After you cook it, you must toast it for texture!
