It's Weber Master Touch GBS, I am very happy with this one, one downside is that the accessories are a bit expensive. I think it's not the best for smoking but gets the job done nicelyI see you use a Weber Kettle.
I would like to smoke some Iberico ribs, just to see if they are as good as I think they are. I am familiar with Iberico pork, but not in that form.
