Simple meal tonight. Diced tomatoes, diced onions, lots of minced garlic, and quite a bit of basil from the garden (it's growing great now with the change in weather) and Rotini pasta. Black pepper for seasoning (very little salt -- not needed, IMO).

I see you use a Weber Kettle. :okay:

I would like to smoke some Iberico ribs, just to see if they are as good as I think they are. I am familiar with Iberico pork, but not in that form.

It's Weber Master Touch GBS, I am very happy with this one, one downside is that the accessories are a bit expensive. I think it's not the best for smoking but gets the job done nicely :wink:
