Middle Eastern inspired banquet last night with some help on the BBQ from my partner and in the kitchen from my daughter.
From the top - breads, hummus, tabouli, chicken shish & lamb kofta, tahini sauce, falafel, chilli crisp oil, hummus topped with spiced lamb.

Its good. I prefer it to tomato ketchup. According to the following its similar to A1 sauce in the USA and Canada, but I note that A1 sauce has rather different ingredients so I'm sceptical about that.
