Freshly made porcini pasta with fresh frozen porcinis made into a sauce with white wine, thyme, butter and pasta water.
Lunch snack, it’s 1.40 here but daylight saving kicked in the weekend, so my bodies only saying lunchtime.
Pastrami and chow sammich.

I have tomahawk steaks put aside for us as a treat sometime.I've been a good boy for the last two weeks. I lost 14 pounds. Tonight, I needed a carnivore fix. Ribeye steak, sous vide and seared.

Never ketchup..but HP occasionally...I will eat it with pot pie also, but rarely have it..It's strange the different tastes in different countries. I would never even consider adding brown sauce to a beef steak (nor a ketchup either).
