Pizza (me) and bangers and mash (and peas - MrsT).

Good view, too:

My cheese never turns out like that. That's the kind of consistency I want in my pizza cheese. What are you using?
My credit card at a restaurant.

If you’re having a problem with a really even melt, then I’d suggest a few things.

First, use whole milk mozzarella, not the part-skim stuff.

Second, don’t use pre-shredded; that stuff is coated to keep it from clumping together. Unfortunately, it also inhibits even melting.

Forego the shredding, buy it in a block, break off chunks, then pulse it in a food processor until it’s in largish crumbs. I don’t know why, but it just melts better than shreds, even if you shred it yourself. 🤷‍♂️

what he said!

One of our rules living in California is to not drive on the first storm of the winter. Drivers need a few storms to recalibrate their driving skills. we got rain, so we stayed home.

I found I had the general ingredient to take our tongues to Peru. I made Aji Gallina!! I had this in Peru and had no idea how simple it was. total fusion cooking, like pretty much all of Peruvian cuisine.
