Making pork patties for burgers.

There was no grass in the fridge so I settled for just a plain burger with ketchup and pickled cayenne peppers. I also overdid the toasting.

Tomato tart: puff pastry, Dijon mustard, Gruyere and Fontina, heirloom tomatoes, dried herb blend, onion, garlic, and olive oil. Garnished with some fresh basil.

It is, one of my favorite treats. However, not really something to make at home so I only buy it at Asian stores. Those layers you see are all baked seperatly before forming that cake..

The cake looks a lot like bebinca (an Indian spiced cake made of layers of eggs and coconut milk). I never personally baked one but I heard it takes ages, each layer has to be individually baked and covered with butter.

Yeah, they were a bit overdone, and we never know if the ham will be warmed or fridge cold. This one was the latter.
