I have a porkie in the freezer from a new (to me) supplier and it has been highly recommended. I was considering it today - I have the cheese, I have the pickled onions, I have the piccalilli (I can't afford Branston), I have the bread and butter, I have the eggs, I even have a little grass but NO fresh tomatoes!

I generally season potatoes with grated Parmesan and herbs before baking them.
The stuffing in the roast is minced cooked ham, a bit of lard and a small minced boiled potato.

Popcorn is nice. Found half a pack of corn for popcorn. Does it expire?

She's still very sore, but she's walking a little more. I think she's planning on heading back to the doc because she hurt her side when she fell as well (something she neglected to tell anyone about at the time) and now that's getting worse.

Best Ever Zucchini Crust Pizza | The Recipe Critic

Inspired by Rocklobster cauliflower pizza, tried this zucchini crust pizza.

It is very yum, but could not be called crust, in my humble opinion. It is a zucchini base, there is so little flour that it gets lost in the zucchini and cheese mountain.

However, kid loved it. Me too. Very light and good lunch

I topped with Schwarzwalder Schinken, prosciutto like ham for kid (leftover from dinner/breakfast), two cheeses(edam,cheddar), onion slices, garlic slices...

To my surprise kid talked about it to her friend on the phone: "My Mom did...and it was supercool"
