I keep forgetting to post this. This was my wife's treat the night-before-last:

Didn't realise Mrs t was so bad. Hope you look after her.

Just tra and hot choc today, pubic holiday here. It's Monday here.
We had a $100 voucher for Indian at corianders, there's a few of them in town.
Lamb cutlets and malai kofta for wife
King prawn on tandoor. Butter chicken, garlic naan and drinks. I had wombat hill merlot, very pleasant.
Leftovers for butcher. (2 meals)

Last night dinner. Was inspired by Mrs Miggins Elizabethan tome, "How to crimp with your false teeth" . This is my version of Ye Olde minced Swan pie with skirret. I substituted minced veal and peas. I know peas had not been invented then, but please grant me some latitude. Also I found the Christmas cutters to give it an ye olde worlde feele.
