Tha can keep tha caviar, pâté de foie gras and lobster thermidor, there's nowt much better than this...

Pig's liver, bacon, onion gravy and mashed potatoes.

I actually cut out and throw away about 25% of the liver (gristle and tubes) and still end up with sufficient for two meals for less than a quid!
