Went out for late Brunch/early Lunch with Missus Next Door Neighbor

We shared:
Side Caesar Salad (very generous with the shaved Parm)
Clam Chowder (that's A CUP sized serving! I wouldn't want to have to eat the bowl sized portion!)
Pan Seared Cajun Seasoned Chicken Breast with fresh Spinach (so delicious!)
Special for the day: Crab Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp with a Citrus Aioli (TO DIE FOR!)

We are buying fish and chips for tea as weve beennworking. Wife in garden I'm doing kitchen stuff
Empty frier and clean. Top up with 1 more litre. Make tamarind chutney for tomorrow. 12 chicken thighs trimmed and put in marinade mix. Yoghurt ginger and garlic with tandoori mix .
ELIS BIRTHDAY hes 12 tomorrow so his choice for dinner.
Entree beef samosas and vege samosas with rhaita and tamarind
And a few bhajees
Main butter chicken and naans.
Dessert pancakes.

That's the birthdays this year.

I don’t like that whippy frosting, but the cake and the frosting between the layers is great…little bits of orange zest all through it.
I thought I’d tapped the Mustard Challenge when your cake appeared on the screen so I saw a mustard cake, that was a pretty yucky moment 😂
