An olive?
Hooray!
Its a green olive. Potato, egg and green olive salad:
An olive?
It's green, it's just hard to tell because it's so close up. Color can work strangely sometimes.Oh yeah I do buy olives. But it's not the color of any olive I've ever seen. Doesn't it look yellow or beige? Maybe it has a green tint that I'm not picking up?
The clues all point to your guess though.
Lamb´s lettuce?
Sorrel?
Kaffir lime leaves
Bay Laurel
More clues:
- The somewhat geometric shaped seeds are often used in Indian dishes (curries). The fresh leaves are not so often seen. I grow them in the summer but these leaves were purchased on-line.
- You may know this as a dried herb.
- Its a member of the botanical Fabaceae family - so a sort of pea. That fact won't help you much.
- The name of this plant has 9 letters.
You know this karadekoolaid! Yorky also knows. He often uses the seeds in his recipes.
