I like my crabs undressed, er naked, (as in no shells). Just kidding, of course, as I realize that it's cleaned and put back in the shell for presentation.

In the distant past, I went to uni in Norwich, Norfolk, so Cromer was a day trip me and my student mates would do from time to time. Of course we'd hunt down the Cromer Crabs at the stalls or fishmongers at the seafront. The 'Edible Crab' or 'Brown Crab' is the best tasting, crabbiest crab in the world IMHO, and dressed and presented like this is one of life's great joys.
