Ding ding ding! It's a tortilla chip, which is the base for a nacho (a nacho generally has cheese and other stuff on it). I was hesitant because I was pretty sure a crisp is strictly from potatoes (our potato chips) and I googled it and pretty much got the same answer. But a corn chip (aka tortilla chip) would be the answer. Your turn!
