Looks like spring onions to me. Could be leeks though.

[Edit: I believe that you call spring onions "scallions"?]
Hi, yes, it's leeks.

We do call spring onions scallions, and also green onions, but I have been around the forum long enough to know they are called spring onions as well!

Your turn! Or anybody, I suppose?
