I am terrible at golf. But, I did get a birdie, once. I shanked the ball toward a tree, and it hit a bird.

When I was a rep selling steel I took customers out every Friday golf then lunch. I was only average but the banter was good. Getting paid to eat and entertain. I miss them days.
I follow Lydia Ko on the ladies circuit. Havnt played in 10 years.

On our walk this afternoon, 2 mums with 2 girls about 4/5 years old, the girls found a deep, muddy puddle and rolled around in it, pretended to swim etc...they were soaking wet and filthy but their smiles were huge, they were having the time of their lives

Many many years ago I took my son (maybe 5 or 6) to a hill climb meeting in Harewood in Yorkshire. It rained almost through the whole meeting. When we were walking back to the car he was splashing in the many puddles. I said "Don't do that". He said "Why not?"

I didn't have an answer.

Duxford Air Museum outside Cambridge. I assume that shot was taken on the morning of one of their display days as they don't normally have warbirds lined up there.
