That looks like 1 tsp each whiskey and lemon and 1 Tbsp honey. Mix that up and 1 tsp every hour.

I have to say... that wasn't too uncommon when I was a kid.

Actually, I did. It was for sore throats. It works, but not for long.

There's a spider in the first pic. The spider is there in the second pic, but all its legs are gone.

That's basically what NyQuil is. The goal is to get the body to sleep so it can fight against whatever is causing the problem.

P.S. The very first primary care doctor I had as an adult carried a flask in his smock pocket. No joke. One of the nicest men I've met.
