This is some guys crab wheeling. They are fishing in exactly the same spot as I was yesterday.

The spot is called 'The Wells', so called because there are several deeper holes in the sea bed.

Great stuff, I enjoyed that. I've heard of a similar thing for catching crayfish in kaikoura, using woman's stockings, they get their claws tied up with the mesh.

It was a little over $55 US Dollars for the steaks and we also bought a couple of packages of demi glace for $5 each.

No. There's tomato ketchup, raw onion/shallots and fresh red chillis in both.

Have you tried Beetroot in a burger. Mcds here do a kiwi burger,with egg and Beetroot. They are my weakness.

I've never been that keen on beetroot per se and I've only visited McDonald's twice in the last 25 years (both were emergencies).
