No pics, but I was at the shops today
1 cucumber
2 kg tomatoes
1 pack oyster mushrooms
2 packs chicken liver (dogs)
4 or 5 frozen chickens
5 kg cheap rice (mainly for the dogs, but I eat it if I run out of Jasmine rice)
1 bag dry dog food (dogs)
4 big tubs of yoghurt
Egg noodles
6 cans of tonic
1 baby pack sour gums (and they were real real sour)

But why bother if you can buy it already pasteurized for 1/3 of the price?
Because it is close to the other way around here
20 kw for 2.5 litre unpasteurised milk
50 kw for 2 litres pasteurised.
Plus I can make better yoghurt from the unpasteurised.

But mainly I reacted to the statement that you didn't want to take the risk if drinking unpasteurised milk ;)

Ummm yes.

I've never had unpasteurized milk so I don't know if it's better. I guess l'll never know.

I have to object to the dogs getting the chicken liver, what about me? I NEED to have chicken liver salad every now and then!

Chicken liver salad??? I've only ever had them fried.

They are fried in butter with a splash of balsamic vinegar and a splash of maple syrup in the pan at the end, then reduced fractionally to make the dressing. The livers and dressing are warm/hot and the salad (usually bitter leaves) are cold.

I can see that! One tub of livers coming up; thank you.
