Yup, I used to go to Kroger first, then ALDI just for specific items of theirs I knew I liked (crackers, eggs, cheese), but now I go to ALDI first and then to Kroger to get whatever’s left over.

I have found this Mango Chutney and bought it just for curiosity… OMG!! So good!
I am eating it with prawn crackers maybe not the best way to pair it with but I like it
Any suggestions on how to use it, please?

I like it most as an ingredient in place of other sugary things. Both the curry and the pasta salad I cooked today had a bit of mango chutney in it. I find it very good for balancing out acidity or creating a sweet n sour flavour without making a dish taste sugary.

When it comes to the plain old dipping poppadoms in it I like to add a little bit of water to the mix (as they do in a restaurants) changes the consistency and it coats better, slightly less sweet too.
In fact if lazy arse me wants it for dipping I buy the cheaper mango chutney because it’s already thinned

This gluten free pasta. If this is good I’ll finally have a decent pasta for macaroni cheese and will have MypinchofItaly to thank for that!
It’s been over a 20 years wait though so we won’t placing any bets

Then this organic wine which has a picture of me in my younger years on the front

and lastly something that I absolutely LVE

As a side with Indian dishes would be traditional.

I’ve used it on toasted/grilled cheese sandwiches and stirred it into chicken salad.

It also makes a nice spread on crackers when mixed in with some cream cheese.

I like the idea to pair it with chicken. I think turkey would work fine as well.
I may also try it with some aperitivo snacks just like Cheddar pieces with mango chutney or even Parmigiano.

Make a curry and serve some on the side.
Cook some chicken with some curry powder, add white wine (or stock) and a couple of tablespoons of chutney.
Cheese sandwiches are just the best with mango chutney.
Toasted cheese sandwiches with mango chutney on the toast first.
Goes great with pork, so ham sandwiches come into play; or cheese & ham sandwiches.
Oven bake por tenderloin with a whole load of mango chutney and white wine. Add a splash of vinegar if it's too sweet.
Make a S African bobotie: minced beef, curry, mango chutney, covered with egg custard.
Thin it out a bit with water or vinegar and use it as a dipping sauce for fried chicken or prawns.

Of course! I used to have a dog that had epilepsy and he had to take a phenobarbital once a day, in a piece of hotdog. Pippi still waits by the fridge for her piece of hotdog.

My youngest at 14 yrs old had to learn a piece for his piano exam.
His piano teacher said what would you like to learn?
He said Wonder Woman for my mum.
His piano teacher was quite a rigid and uptight kind of soul but was moved enough that she emailed me to say she taught lots of teenagers but had never met one so unabashedly un-embarrassed of his ma n pa to the extent he couldn’t care less what his peers thought.

Absolutely and I thank you for that, but now the gluten-free Italian pasta performance anxiety has already kicked in!
