What will you be watching on TV tonight (2025)?

tbh I always try check stuff quickly on imdb ... this one hit 4.4 based on 16k reviews.
I'm wary of any with a score of under 5, or those where a quick look at reviews leaves me thinking it's not one I'd like

The problem with that for me is…most movies I do like (‘60’s-‘70’s Euro & US low-budget films) get really low ratings on IMDb!

Ok, I finished up Love Me Deadly…where to start? Well, Satan worshippers, of course (that’s a given), implied incest and pedophilia (in the title song and accompanying visuals), necrophilia, and to top it all off…’70’s man-candy Lyle Waggoner in a neckerchief:

Even better, several extra long montages about nothing, to pad out the running time to the standard 90 minutes, and several scenes with clumsy overdubbing because they rewrote some of the dialogue after initial filming.

It’s a B-movie bonanza!

I like that programme too. Easy watching. I love Mabel’s dead pan delivery, like she’s taken a large dose of mogadon

I used to watch all those on HBO way back in when, as an impressionable teenager, staying over weekends at my brother’s house, completely unsupervised.
