After some hiatus, back on the beer:

I like how the color is almost metallic. Very pretty.

It didn’t pour all that hazy at first, so I rolled around the last tablespoon or so of beer in the can and poured that…much better:

I’d say this is an excellent example of an American brewer’s take on a German classic, in that it has the standard banana and clove aroma that marks any good hefe, but it trades the usual sweetness for just a bit of a hoppy crispness - not a lot, but enough to notice.

That one is from Fort Worth, Texas, or as the locals say it, Foat Wuth. 🤠:laugh:

It’s hot here today, very bright out, so this dry cider seemed appropriate.

Very nice, very crisp, a lot of the apple flavor is absent, which is a plus for me, especially on a hot, hot day. This would be a good sub for champagne, actually.
