Second night in a row MrsT has stepped out on her own and left me at the hotel, so I’m having a beer at the little bar here:

That’s just a beer of theirs brewed using a colonial recipe. Tasted a lot like an amber or red ale.

Texas hefe - surprised (but not disappointed) that it’s a filtered one, poured clear as a bell - head did dissipate somewhat quickly, more lacy than milky, but it hit all the classic hefe notes - banana, biscuit, and clove.
Excellent choice for today, as I mowed the yard and it’s 90F in the shade…and I wasn’t in the shade. Come to think of it, the filtered aspect worked out better for today.
No pic, but I just had a ginger ale mixed with some of my gifted peach Crown Royal.
