My ex-wife loved strawberry margaritas. We were at a prime steakhouse in Frisco, and my wife wanted one. The waitress said she would ask the bartender if he can make one. A few minutes, the chef/owner of the restaurant came to the table, and asked about it. He went to the bar, and made one from fresh strawberries for her. It was incredible. Turns out, he'd never made one before. He just made it up on the fly. It is amazing what a really good chef can do.

My wife always has frozen fruit in the freezer. These were made with frozen strawberries, tequila, Cointreau, simple syrup and ice. Occasionally I will throw some fresh basil in the blender to mix it up.

I've just come across this one as well... it's a UK one, so I might try obtaining it whilst I'm in the UK. It will be a tad cheaper that way.

Bitter Bastards Chipotle Bitters (100ml) | Nicks Wine Merchants

A bitters made with smoke-dried jalapeño peppers, gentian root and specially selected spirit.

The Bitter Bastards single-botanical cocktail bitters are innovatively produced: Instead of filtration (where oils can be lost) and flocculation (where chemical agents are added) they use a centrifuge, separating the particulate to clarify the bitters without loss of flavour. Standardisation, in terms of flavour intensity and bitterness, has also been brought in across the range, with the amount of natural bittering agent added (gentian root is used) depending on the bitterness of the individual botanical. All this should be music to the ears of bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts alike!
