As an (unexpected) aside - just to make you jealous: at the Street Food course I did last night , the host asked me (well, told me) if I'd like a scotch. Don't normally drink anything when doing a gig because it tends to get left somewhere. Anyway, he said "it's a single malt", and showed me the bottle. "Ah, Glenmorangie! "I said, "Speyside, with just a hint of orange flavour"
That was it. The Cook got Glenmorangie all night long.
Cooking for others has its perks!
