Just unwrapped my seeds after another frosty night. Still nothing from the cucumbers. May just have to sew them again.

They are fine outside after the risk of frost has passed, same as courgettes.Do cuces grow outside? Don't remember you have a greenhouse???

I couldn't remember if you had a greenhouse.?They are fine outside after the risk of frost has passed, same as courgettes.
No, not in Australia. I had enough problems in the south of the UK in summer with it getting too hot in the greenhouse and scorching plants. I would have to resort to removing panes out glass too increase ventilation and using both the white shading paint and various trees for shading. I decided that here, whilst it would be useful some of the times, with temperatures if 42°C and routinely over 35°C in summer ,a greenhouse was unnecessary. It would be useful on later winter and early spring, late Autumn to extend the season but also be a major snake risk as well... I'm managing as is, she says remembering she needs to cover the seeds over again...I couldn't remember if you had a greenhouse.?
