About once a week I make a pasta dish for partner's lunch. He suffers from bad psoriasis and some sources recommend eliminating tomato from the diet can help. I've been doing that for several months now and it has improved quite a lot.
My quest is to come up with some ideas for pasta sauces...
I'm cleaning out my pantry, and so I wonder. Okay, I'm cleaning out the pantry due to a mouse infestation, and some packages of pasta noodles have been tossed. But this is what remains:
2 sizes of farfalle (bowties) plus another package that's brown whole wheat organic.
Penne pasta...
