Homemade Sandwich Meat

SandwichShortOfAPicnic It tastes *a lot* like chicken... The texture is good what with the ground meat, the pieces, and the sausages. Need to add more gochugaru next time. My tongue is dulled to heat a bit since a week of eating Thai type spicy foods. I used it in a bit of breakfast here.

I think so. That's okay. I haven't had access to much more than jalapeños and Seranos since moving back to Georgia so this is good eating other chili's! I feel better too!

Both! I'd forgotten about all the different chili's I could get at the Asian stores in 'Vegas. I'm going to have to make a dedicated chili garden moving forward. 🤔
