Normal sized washing machine I think. I wear clothes lots of times before washing them. Not the same clothes every day as I'd get bored! For example, I wear a tee shirt and shorts one day and if they don't look or smell dirty they get put back in the drawer and I'll wear a different tee shirt and shorts the next day... and so on.

I agree. I've duvet covers and pillow cases which are 'soft touch' fabric. I discovered this 'new fabric' a few years ago and its wonderful. Well, I'm sure its not new, but its new to me.

I knew that, I was being sarcastic, lol. I will wear the same clothes more than 1x as well if not dirty looking or smelly. But towels should be changed out every 3 days because of bacteria buildup, even if they don't smell bad, and we've got fluffy, thick towels. So we do 2 loads of laundry per week.
 
Fresh towels every day here. Mate uses towels every 3 days. Yuk. Fresh underwear/ top every day as well .
Towels twice a week in laundry and smalls once a week.
I never used a shower until mid teens.

I also wash my unmentionables by hand, lol. Hubby rarely wears them, lol.

Wife works full time so I dont mind laundry duties. Everything through the washing machine but wife does do some delicate stuff by hand.
I used to do commercial cleaning as a second job once so not frightened to clean the loo.
I'm domesticated. :)

My hub hasn't cleaned a toilet in 23 years? Well maybe 1-2x.

My best friend's wife uses bath towels one time, and they go into the wash. She absolutely will not use a towel more than one time.

When I was married, we both did laundry duty, depending on who had time to do it when it needed done.

However, I would only do laundry when my wife was not at home. If she was around, she would complain that I wasn't doing it right, and I'd tell her to do it, and walk away. She was fine with the results if I did the laundry and she didn't see me do it, but she had a very particular way she wanted the laundry done, and I had my way.

As for cleaning bathrooms/toilets, she did that. As a trade-off, she never did any yard work.

I have to use two towels when I shower, one to wrap my very long hair and one to dry off my body, then they hang up on the towel hook and are dry by the next day. I do shower daily, hubby 2x a day. When I lived in Florida I showered 2x and sometimes 3x a day, but now it's just 1x.

When worked I sometimes showered 3 times a day. I was a hands on boss. And got called out a lot.
