I'm feeling utterly too lazy to make my stuffed peppers tonight after all. It's not making the dish, it's that I need to write up the recipe and I have never measured out the ingredients before. That's time consuming and takes mental acuity, which I do not really have today, LOL.My plans are not the same, so I still have time to make my thing, and not get "Tastied."

Snap. Fathers day here. Daughter bought a book about one of my fave nz authors barry Crump. In real life an a hole. His writing is funny and very entertaining. I have all his books. Even Hemingway wasn't as bad as this bloke.Going to get Chinese takeout, which we haven't had in a very long time. Drool!
