Gawd knows why but I’ve woken up fancying celeriac remoulade
Never made it before.
The Mary Berry Recipe looks nice and simple with very few ingredients (well most of them have very few ingredients) but I quite like the look of Jamie Olivers version with cornichons, capers and some invisibly diced anchovy in it for a umami hint.
Not sure whether to pursue that today or bog everything off and continue my search for some panniers for the Goldstar. It’s been going on since I got the bike which is nearly two years ago now!
