No pic, but a scrambled egg sandwich and air fryer potatoes.
Traditionally uttapam is eaten at breakfast. I've never attempted it as it uses fermented rice and lentil batter which I am slightly nervous about making.

I've made some fermented rice pancakes before. They were nice, but the smell wasn't.

Banana, coconut yoghurt and the homemade coffee cake. About 5 slices remain, so it will pop up again.
Post-doc’s visit breakfast:
