My dad used to call them YMCA potatoes; usually not baked, but roasted. Wonderful breakfast ingredient.leftover baked potato scooped out, broken up, and fried.
They have a low-sugar variety here (several flavors) - MrsT eats that probably twice a week.
I simply use normal porridge oats and water with a bit of salt. So not a special microwave packet. Honey drizzled on after. Its actually quite low calories and easy to make. They have a low-sugar variety here (several flavors) - MrsT eats that probably twice a week.
We do something very similar. Soak the oats overnight, zap in the microwave to warm it up and serve with fruit or currently fig molasses.I simply use normal porridge oats and water with a bit of salt.
