Keto Brazilian Fish Stew
 
They have a low-sugar variety here (several flavors) - MrsT eats that probably twice a week.
I simply use normal porridge oats and water with a bit of salt. So not a special microwave packet. Honey drizzled on after. Its actually quite low calories and easy to make.

We do something very similar. Soak the oats overnight, zap in the microwave to warm it up and serve with fruit or currently fig molasses.
