I made some very tasty breakfast burritos for brunch. A few nights ago I made chicken fajitas and had quite a bit of the seasoned, seared chicken left and some of the red bell and jalapeno peppers and onions mixture as well. I pan-fried redskin potatoes with some additional jalapenos, orange bell pepper, and white onion, then stirred in the leftover fajita mix. In a separate pan, I made scrambled eggs with heavy cream and white cheddar cheese. They were really, really good combined in the warm flour tortillas. I didn't take any photos, the contrasting pepper colors were quite pretty but it's just a burrito, nothing so special to bother with photographing. Besides, I was too hungry to mess with angling and photographing anything!
