Overnight steel-cut oats, done in the slow cooker, with strawberries (both fresh and freeze-dried) and dates, and made with almond milk (a lot of firsts for me this week - avocados and now almond milk ).

I had a bowl of the latest batch of salsa (here #430) on Wednesday for breakfast. It was not very hot so I added a few extra green chillies today and it went back in the fridge. I'll give it another go tomorrow morning.
